Guangnan Flat Rice
First made during the Kangxi era of the Qing Dynasty, it has a history of over 200 years and is a traditional delicacy of Guangnan. It features a bluish-green color, smooth and tender texture, flat grains, soft and sticky taste, as well as a fragrant and sweet aftertaste.
