Dai-style snack made with locally produced dried pea flour and premium rice noodles. First, the pea flour is mixed into a thin pea paste. The rice noodles are blanched, then seasoned with minced scallions and ginger, fine salt, and further enhanced with cardamom, chili sauce, star anise oil, and magnolia flower oil.
