Shiqian Fermented Tofu was established in 1998 when Zou Xianren founded the Wan’an Fermented Tofu Processing Factory in Shiqian County with his own funding. The fermented tofu won the "Famous and Quality Snack" award at the Shiqian County Performing Arts Competition and was recognized as a local specialty tourism product during the inaugural Shiqian County Local Specialty Tourism Products Exhibition.

  Product Introduction:

The fermented tofu has a distinctive flavor, is convenient to carry, and ready to eat straight from the bottle. Wan’an Fermented Tofu is made using traditional techniques and refined with a scientific formula. It is processed from eco-friendly ingredients such as soybeans, chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, liquor, and salt.

The design features a painting-style depiction of the real scenery of Shiqian Hot Springs, evoking a nostalgic effect to highlight the "earthy" quality of the local specialty. On the other hand, the national-protected ancient building in Shiqian County, Wanshou Palace, is presented in the form of a palace wall, topped with a pair of stone lions, emphasizing the "historic" character of this millennia-old town.

Shiqian Fermented Tofu has a pure taste, free from any harmful chemicals or preservatives. Naturally produced, it meets people’s pursuit of flavor and texture demands. It is convenient to consume, easy to store, and well-suited for the fast-paced life of modern people. While promoting Shiqian's traditional cuisine under the branding of a "Park County, Tourism County, and Health Resort County," the Qianfu brand also showcases Shiqian’s pride—the hot springs, and the largest guild hall in China—Wanshou Palace.
