San'an Vegetables

　　Registered in 2007, the Yuechi San'an Vegetable Professional Cooperative quickly made headlines across major provincial media within just two years — all because "always staying ahead of the market" is San'an's founding principle. The cooperative introduces high-quality, unique vegetable varieties from both China and abroad, and employs soilless cultivation techniques to grow its produce. Its product line includes gift watermelons, health-promoting pumpkins, super sweet corn, and Western cantaloupes, known for their novel varieties, authentic flavors, rich nutrition, and vibrant colors.

　　　　At this exhibition, San'an presented Chengdu residents with a wide array of premium and unique vegetables. These included green cauliflower, fennel, giant broccoli, as well as various ornamental potted vegetables, offering attendees a true visual feast.
