　　 The Wusheng Spicy Beef series is a well-known and high-quality specialty product in the Jialing River area.

　　During the Anti-Japanese War, Ma Shizhou, a Hui Muslim from Wusheng County, introduced beef food processing techniques from Chongqing. After years of dedicated research, he developed the local specialty "Yankou Spicy Beef Jerky" series. The jerky has a brownish hue, is richly oiled, intensely spicy and numbing, with a perfect balance of salty and sweet flavors, dry yet fragrant, and melts in the mouth — delicious and appetizing. It enjoys the reputations of being the “King of All Flavors” and the “Queen Before the Cup.” In 1994, the Zuixian brand Spicy Beef Jerky won the China Health Products Gold Award and the Quality Award at the Sichuan Famous, Special, and High-Quality Products Expo.
