Pig Dragon Bump
Pig Dragon Bump
Ingredients: pig small intestines, pig blood, cooked rice, cornmeal, peanuts, salt, oil, five-spice powder, etc.
Method: Clean the small intestines and set aside. Roast the peanuts until done and crush them. Then mix them with pig blood, cooked rice, and cornmeal. Stir-fry everything together and mix with an appropriate amount of oil and salt to form a soft paste (not too mushy). Stuff the mixture into the intestines, press it tightly, and tie both ends securely. Place in a pot and simmer over low heat until cooked. Once the Pig Dragon Bump is taken out of the water, it can be eaten as is, or it can be fried again in oil until the skin turns slightly golden. Cut into pieces and serve as a main dish — this makes it even more crispy and delicious.
