Pearl Red Wine, known for its premium quality, has been awarded numerous accolades including Guangdong Provincial Quality Liquor, National Quality Liquor, Silver Cup Award from the Ministry of Light Industry, Special Prize at the First China Huangjiu (Yellow Wine) Festival, Gold Award at the First China Food Expo, Gold Award at the Second Beijing Expo, one of the first to receive the “Green Food” certification, and was designated as the “Banquet Wine” by the Guangdong Provincial Government. It is the banquet wine used to entertain national leaders, foreign heads of state, and other distinguished guests. Its product series are bestsellers across China and in Hong Kong and Macau, and are exported to over twenty countries in Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.

It once represented the highest honor of Xingning. Twenty years ago, it won international awards back when such recognition couldn’t be bought. It is a type of huangjiu (yellow wine), brewed using a unique variety of pearl rice. Thanks to it, Xingning Winery became the Guangdong Provincial Pearl Red Wine Factory. In recent years, demand for huangjiu has been low both domestically and internationally, forcing the winery to operate under difficult circumstances.
