Loess Egg
The "Loess Egg" is made by inheriting traditional craftsmanship and applying modern scientific methods. It uses fresh local chicken eggs, combined with traditional Chinese herbs, and is boiled in earthenware jars, then vacuum-packed and sterilized at high temperatures. The eggs have intact shells, earth-yellow egg whites, a pleasant aroma, and offer higher nutritional value than regular eggs. They can also help prevent discomfort from environmental changes and improve digestion. This makes them an excellent choice for travel, daily meals, or as a gift for family and friends.
Due to its unique features and rich nutrition, meeting consumers' demand for pollution-free and green products, the Loess Egg has been in high demand since its market launch. Certified by the Livestock and Poultry Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, the product is considered to be of high quality among similar domestic products. It won the "Most Popular Product" award at the first International Food Exhibition, was named a "Shanxi Famous Brand Food" at the China International Agricultural Fair, recognized as a "Shanxi Trusted Food" by the Shanxi Provincial Food Industry Office and Food Industry Association, certified as a "Green Food" by the China Green Food Development Center, and in 2001, was awarded a "Patent Certificate" by the State Intellectual Property Office. It is now sold in over ten major domestic cities including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Nanjing. The product has broad market prospects and strong development potential.
As resource and environmental issues increasingly become global concerns, especially food contamination, which has drawn widespread public attention, organic food, pollution-free food, and other natural green foods that are nutritious and free from pollutants are gradually becoming the norm and are gaining increasing popularity. Currently, Shanxi Xiangyuan Loess Egg Co., Ltd. is carrying out an expansion project to increase its annual production capacity of Loess Eggs to 3,000 tons. Upon completion, this project is expected to generate sales revenue exceeding 50 million yuan and profits and taxes of 10 million yuan, while also driving the development of related industries such as planting and breeding.
