　　Hejiang Rice is a high-quality blended rice product recently launched by Shuguang Grain Processing Factory in Jiangkou Town, Fengkai County. In 2009, the “Hejiang” brand trademark was successfully registered. This product is made by scientifically blending different varieties of rice (mainly Si Miao rice, Bai Xiang 139, etc.). The product passed the food “QS” certification in 2007. The cooked rice is soft and moderate, oily yet not sticky, rich in aroma, and stays fresh even when left overnight. It is deeply loved by consumers and has earned the reputation of being “the top tribute rice for cooking, so delicious you don’t need side dishes.”

　　Fengkai County, historically known as Guangxin, was the capital of the Guangfu Prefecture, the birthplace of Cantonese and the cradle of Lingnan culture. It has nurtured a large number of historical figures, including Mo Xuanqing, the top scholar of Lingnan.
