Hengshan White Sugar Plum
A traditional and premium fruit variety. Grown in Hengshan County, it has over 300 years of cultivation history. The fruit is flat-round in shape, with a yellowish-green skin that is thin yet tough, and dense yellowish-white flesh. It ripens in June, is of medium size, and weighs around 30 grams per fruit. Ideal for fresh consumption, the flesh is crisp, the pit small, the taste sweet, the juice abundant, and the fiber minimal. It can also be processed into canned goods, dried plums, preserved plums, plum wine, and more. The plum stores well and has thirst-quenching and refreshing properties, being sold in both domestic and international markets.
