　　Baiyunzhang Buns were named in 1919 after their founder, Bai Yunzhang. Baiyunzhang Buns were once ranked alongside Tianjin’s Goubuli Buns as premium products, receiving commendations from provincial and municipal leaders and earning the title of a Century-Old Brand. Known for their generous filling, thin wrappers, excellent texture, premium ingredients, and unique flavor, they are a representative of traditional Baoding buns. The original shop was located opposite “Lianchi” on Yuhua Road but has been demolished. Authentic Baiyunzhang Buns can now be found at Qifangge. Address: 300 meters east of the Meteorological Bureau on Yuhua East Road.
