Imperial View Organic Softshell Turtle

Imperial View Organic Softshell Turtle is a specialty of Xingzi County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. Raised in the unique natural conditions of Poyang Lake for at least 3–5 years, Imperial View Organic Softshell Turtles offer significantly higher nutritional value and taste compared to ordinary softshell turtles.

The “Imperial View” brand organic turtle has been certified under China’s Organic Product Certification, HACCP Food Safety Management System, and ISO9001 International Quality Management System. The turtles are raised in the wild in China’s largest freshwater lake—Poyang Lake—where the warm waters and abundant aquatic plants create an ideal environment for aquatic life reproduction and growth. The organic turtles are entirely free-range, benefiting from the lake’s pristine natural conditions. Following organic standards, they feed naturally on various small fish in Poyang Lake, undergo natural hibernation, and are raised for at least 3–5 years, making them a natural green food product.

The “Imperial View” brand organic turtle is raised in the natural environment of Poyang Lake for at least 3–5 years. Its meat is firm, rich in collagen, and typically yellowish-brown or light green in color. The turtles are slightly lean, with hard, sharp, yellowish claws, smooth and clean backs, and thick, well-defined skirting (also called flaps, the flavorful edge around the turtle’s shell). The skirting has dark coloring, yellowish fat, and a gelatinous, sticky texture. These turtles are wild, delicious, and safe to eat. Not only are they tasty, high in protein, and low in fat, but they are also rich in high-quality protein, amino acids, minerals, trace elements, as well as vitamins A, B1, and B2. They offer numerous health benefits, including nourishment, improved plasma protein levels, enhanced blood production, increased stamina, heat relief, anti-cancer effects, swelling reduction, and improved immune function. They are an excellent health tonic for those seeking premium-quality nourishment.
