Stir-fried Squid Rings in Spicy Sauce
Stir-fried Squid Rings in Spicy Sauce
Method:
1. Clean the squid by removing its internal organs, ink sac, and skin, then cut it horizontally into rings.
2. Slice the carrot thinly. Soak the wood ear mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms in warm water until softened, then slice them into strips. Cut the scallions into sections and slice the ginger and garlic.
3. Boil some water, blanch the carrot, wood ear mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms, then set aside.
4. Briefly blanch the squid in boiling water and remove.
5. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the ginger and garlic slices until fragrant. Add Korean chili paste and stir-fry until aromatic. Then add all the blanched ingredients, stir quickly, and mix in seafood sauce, a small amount of salt (use sparingly or omit, as both sauces are already salty), chicken bouillon, and scallion sections. Stir well and serve.
