Little Ghost
A unique local snack from Wuyishan, made by grinding premium early-season rice into a paste, draining it, then shaping it into small finger-like strips. These are seasoned, layered with marbled pork slices, and steamed to perfection. They are visually appealing and full of flavor, aroma, and color.
Location: Sun City in the resort area (next to the market), and opposite Wengong Garden in the city center (near the bridge tunnel of No.1 Middle School)
