Langya Crisp Candy
Langya Crisp Candy: Originating in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, it is named after its location at the southwestern foot of the famous Langya Mountain scenic area. It is rectangular in shape, milky white in color, and features spiral layers when cut, with clear and distinct layers. The top layer is even, richly fragrant, with a pure taste—sweet, fragrant, soft, and crisp, sweet without being greasy, and melts in the mouth. It can be eaten dry or dissolved in drinks.
