Introduction
Huoshan Yellow Da Tea, a type of yellow tea also known as Western Anhui Yellow Da Tea, is produced in counties such as Huoshan, Jinzhai, and Lu'an in Anhui, with the highest quality coming from Da’huaping in Huoshan County. The picking standard for Yellow Da Tea is one bud with four or five leaves—large leaves and long stems, yielding a yellowish tea soup, hence the name. However, a certain amount of Yellow Da Tea is still produced to supply the domestic market.
