Small-hanging wine
Also known as small-kiln wine, residents in the Dabie Mountain area traditionally brew this rice or paddy-based home-made liquor after the autumn harvest for personal consumption and to entertain guests. This wine is not very strong in flavor but has a noticeable aftereffect.
