　　Jingting Green Snow: Produced by Anhui State Farm's State-Owned Jingting Mountain Tea Plantation, located in the suburbs of Xuancheng. Jingting Green Snow resembles a sparrow’s tongue—straight, plump, and glossy—with a tender green color and visible white down. It boasts a lasting delicate fragrance and a mellow aftertaste. It is divided into four grades: Special, First, Second, and Third. Tea connoisseurs have praised it in verse: “Resembling a sparrow’s tongue with white down showing, uniformly tender and green with high fragrance, a mellow taste that soothes the heart, and snowflake-like tea leaves dancing on boiling water in fine porcelain.”
