Shengsi Shrimp

　　Shengsi shrimp is a specialty of Shengsi County in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. The shrimp from Shengsi are processed from white shrimp and red-thread shrimp, among which "Golden Hook Shrimp" is considered the finest grade. These shrimp are large in size, with tails that curl into a hook shape due to the roasting process, hence the name "Golden Hook."

　　Stir-fried shrimp is a popular local dish in Shengsi, often served by homestay owners for breakfast along with congee, offering an excellent flavor.
