As the summer travel season approaches, the Taichung City Government Transportation Bureau will launch two new bus routes starting in July: the “153 Guguan New Express Line” and the “151 Dali-Wufeng New Express Line.” These buses travel via national highways and expressways directly to Guguan, Dali, or Wufeng, reducing travel time by 40 to 50 minutes compared to regular city buses. Passengers riding the new express lines can enjoy a benefit of free rides for the first 8 kilometers when tapping their cards, with a maximum cap of NT$60.
