The Inner Mongolia Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is a classic red tourism destination and a patriotic education base.

The Inner Mongolia Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery (Hohhot Daqing Mountain Revolutionary Cemetery Management Office) is situated along the middle section of the North Second Ring Road in Hohhot, the capital city of the autonomous region, and spans 200 acres. It is the largest and most politically significant revolutionary martyrs' cemetery in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In 1995, it was named a "National Patriotic Education Base" by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. In 2001, it was approved by the State Council as a "National Key Martyrs' Memorial Building Protection Unit." In 2005, it was designated as the third batch of "National Patriotic Education Demonstration Bases" by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee. In 2008, it was named a "National Defense Education Base" by the People's Government of the Autonomous Region. This cemetery is a national-level revolutionary martyrs' cemetery and is considered the "Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery" of Inner Mongolia.

The cemetery currently houses the ashes of 242 revolutionary martyrs from various historical periods, including the five most renowned martyrs of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region: Duosongnian, Li Yuzhi, Jia Lige, Liu Hongxiong, and Gao Fengying. It receives approximately 400,000 visitors each year for commemoration and tribute.

The Inner Mongolia Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is lush with evergreen pines and cypresses, shaded by green trees. In spring and summer, the cemetery is surrounded by blooming flowers, green grass, tall pines, and verdant cypresses. The environment is tranquil, beautiful, solemn, and respectful.
