Prince Tower’s Mansion

Prince Tower’s Mansion is located 2 kilometers east of Dalaihubu Town and was the residence of the 12th prince, Prince Tower Jiabu. Originally built in 1938, it covers a total area of 1,900 square meters. It was damaged during the Cultural Revolution and restored in 1983. The courtyard buildings face east and are arranged in a rigorous layout with a unique architectural style and pleasant scenery. It is hailed as the "Little White House" in the forest. It was once the site where revolutionary figures such as Prince Tower Jiabu, Su Jianxiao, Zhou Renshan, and Gao Bozebu fought and lived during the Anti-Japanese War and the Chinese Civil War. In addition, it served as a secret passage and liaison point for aid from the Comintern and the Soviet-Mongolian red regimes to the Chinese revolution, and was also the secret meeting place where the call for peaceful uprising was issued on the eve of liberation.
