Bayannur Langshan

The western section of the Yin Mountains, known as Langshan, stretches over 100 kilometers across the southern part of Urad Rear Banner. The mountain features towering peaks, steep on the south side and more gradual on the north. The southern slope ranges in elevation from 1,030 to 2,365 meters, with an average relative height difference of over 600 meters and a maximum difference of up to 1,300 meters; the northern slope ranges from 1,600 to 2,365 meters in elevation, with a relative height difference between 100 and 400 meters. The main peak, Bashika, stands at 2,365 meters and is the highest point in Urad Rear Banner. The area within the banner is home to numerous canyons and landscape formations.
