The Bayannur Delingshan Reservoir Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a national water conservancy scenic area.

The Bayannur Delingshan Reservoir Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located in Urad Middle Banner, Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia. Built around the Delingshan Reservoir and the Aeolian Erosion & Ice Mortar National Geopark, it is a reservoir-type water conservancy scenic area. Covering an area of 62.29 square kilometers, including 4.16 square kilometers of water surface, the scenic area includes key zones such as the northern grassland ecological area, the southern hilly mountainous area, the lakeside sightseeing zone, the northeastern gentle slope region, the western bizarre rock forest, and the Aeolian Erosion & Ice Mortar Geopark. The area features undulating peaks stretching as far as the eye can see, with blue skies and white clouds, where mountains, water, and grasslands blend into a picturesque landscape. There are numerous historical and cultural relics, including existing Yinshan Rock Carvings, the Qin Dynasty Great Wall, and ruins of hydraulic engineering projects from the Qing Dynasty related to Mongolian land leased to Han tenants. The poetic natural scenery, rich ethnic culture, profound and splendid water conservancy heritage, and valuable historical relics together create a uniquely charming blend of natural and cultural landscapes.
