Driving through traffic and arriving at TIT Creative Park on Xin'gang Middle Road, you’ll instantly feel refreshed. It seems like an isolated paradise, free from the hustle and bustle of vehicles. Strolling along the wide red-brick paths brings an immediate sense of leisure.

The park has installed display boards that introduce its past and present. During the renovation, the site preserved as much of the original architecture and historical elements as possible, emphasizing the reuse of abandoned industrial facilities. For instance, many pieces of machinery have been relocated to open spaces and grassy areas, where they now serve as unique sculptures—offering a novel sight to visitors.
