Hetao Farm is located in Chaimaogedan, Fenxian Village, Xianfeng Town, Wulateqianqi, Bayannur City. The farm was initiated by Urad Qianqi Chuangda Agriculture and Ecology Development Co., Ltd. in 2006. The first phase of the project had a total investment of 5 million yuan and has already taken initial shape, covering a construction area of over 2,000 square meters, divided into five functional zones.

Accommodation Zone: Divided into premium courtyards, standard courtyards, and a guesthouse. The premium courtyard covers a building area of 540 square meters, designed in a European style with a unique architectural flair that blends Eastern and Western elements. The standard farmhouse courtyard, with a building area of 280 square meters, offers a simple and tidy environment that highlights traditional rural charm, accommodating guests with high, medium, or low requirements. The guesthouse occupies about 900 square meters, featuring 10 standard rooms, 1 deluxe suite, and 10 regular rooms, with completion expected in October. There is also a large parking lot spanning 1,600 square meters.

Dining Zone: With a building area of 300 square meters, it includes 6 private dining rooms and can accommodate up to 360 people dining simultaneously.

Breeding Zone: Currently houses over 160 dairy cows, achieving economies of scale. Also raises 80 sheep, 80 black-feathered and local chickens, and 60 pigeons, available for guests to observe and enjoy as part of their meals.

Agricultural Sightseeing Zone: Features three greenhouse facilities for various vegetables and fruits, suitable for large-scale exhibition activities. The production area cultivates crops such as corn, wolfberries, and sunflowers, along with a variety of flowers. Visitors can freely pick produce, feed cattle, raise chickens, plant vegetables, and experience the joy of farm work within the surrounding area.

Recreation Zone: Equipped with KTV rooms, a small meeting room, a chess room, and a standard tennis court. Heading north, there is a pond covering about 4,500 square meters, filled with Yellow River water and stocked with carp, silver carp, and grass carp. It is also suitable for fishing, boating, and other leisure activities.
