The White Pagoda on Shuanghe’er Mountain is located on Shuanghe’er Mountain in Agula Sumu, Horqin Left Rear Banner. Built in the 12th year of the Yongzheng reign during the Qing Dynasty (1734), it is a key cultural relic under protection in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

The pagoda is constructed from brick and stone, stands 13 meters tall in total, and resembles the White Pagoda in Beihai Park, Beijing. It consists of three parts: the base, the pedestal, and the body. The base is built of brick and stone, is 2 meters high, square-shaped, with each side measuring 9.1 meters. There are 2-meter-wide stairways on the southern and northern sides, with the southern stairway having 9 steps and the northern one 7 steps. The pedestal is polygonal, made of blue square bricks, and features carved brick reliefs of lotus patterns and sacred knots on all four sides, along with small crouching lions on both sides. The body is divided into three sections: the bottom, the belly, and the top. The bottom is cylindrical, with three layers. The belly is jar-shaped, with carved brick paintings and inscriptions on all four sides—both the texts and images are finely detailed with smooth lines. The belly is divided into seven layers, where [some text missing – likely refers to relics or ashes]. The top is cast in iron, shaped like a golden spire, adorned with Buddhist motifs, and features a copper-gilded moon, sun, and torch on the spire. Under the pinnacle’s umbrella hang four small copper bells. The main core of the pagoda’s pillars is made from sandalwood.
