The Lantern River Grassland Tourist Area is located 100 kilometers from Chifeng and is an untouched and unpolluted destination in Wengniute Banner, covering an area of 143 square kilometers. Standing on the grassland, the sky is particularly blue, the grass especially green, the flowers vibrant, the water clear, and the air fresh. Taking a few deep breaths in this serene place makes one feel exceptionally relaxed. A walk around to view the mountains, explore the scenery, and seek out hidden wonders brings a unique sense of pastoral charm. Within the tourist area, the Female Yin Mountain and Male Yang Ridge rise majestically with steep cliffs. The relics and legends of the “Thirteen Protectors” spark the imagination. The solitary Coiled Dragon Rock, standing alone amidst the sea of grass and flowers, towers several zhang high, rising abruptly and standing proudly against the wind as if it came from another world. Springs seep from all around, nourishing the grass and flowers with cool, sweet water. The lush green hills, thriving plants, widespread blossoms, and fluttering birds make this a comprehensive tourist destination that combines rivers, grasslands, forests, and mountain ridges.

It is simple, elegant, and exquisitely unique, enshrining a statue of the “Miraculous Deity of the North.” Its incense offerings have never ceased. Nestled among flowers and green grass, Saihan Temple has become a widely celebrated attraction within the Lantern River Tourist Area.
