The Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall of the Old Soviet Area in Zijin County is located in Bazhai Village, Soviet Area Town, Zijin County.

Built in 1974 and renovated in 2008, it faces from southeast to northwest. The building has a total width of 22 meters and a depth of 40.5 meters. The front section is a three-story reinforced concrete structure, housing an exhibition room that displays over 200 revolutionary relics from the Soviet Area; the rear section is an auditorium that can accommodate 600 people, featuring eight steel-reinforced concrete cross-vaulted ceilings, a flush gable roof, gray tiles, brick walls, and a cement floor. The memorial hall serves as a site to commemorate revolutionary martyrs and provide patriotic education.

In March 2009, it was designated as a patriotic education base by the Zijin County Committee and County Government. In November 2010, it was recognized as a patriotic education base by the Heyuan Municipal Committee and Municipal Government. In June 2011, it was announced as a patriotic education base by the Propaganda Department of the Guangdong Provincial Committee.
