The monument consists of a base, main body, and top. The total height of the monument is 8 meters, with the base being 2 meters high and the main body along with the top measuring 6 meters; the base is 3 meters wide, and the main body is 1.2 meters wide. The entire monument is surfaced with ceramic tiles. The front of the base is inlaid with a marble plaque engraved with an inscription, while the front of the main body bears a marble plaque inscribed with the words: “Eternal glory to the people’s heroes.”
