Hall of Eternal Blessing

The Hall of Eternal Blessing features a single-eave hip-and-gable roof and follows a "five apparent, ten actual" construction style — that is, it appears to have five bays from the outside but is actually formed by merging two sets of five bays. During the prince’s mansion era, it served as the study and bedroom of Prince Yong. Later, it became a shrine in the Qing Dynasty dedicated to portraits of deceased emperors. "Eternal Blessing" signifies the everlasting protection of the spirits of former emperors. At the center of the hall, upon a lotus throne, stand three statues each 2.35 meters tall, carved from sandalwood. The central figure is the Buddha of Infinite Life (also known as Amitabha), the left is the Medicine Buddha, and the right is the Lion's Roar Buddha. Exiting the Hall of Eternal Blessing, you will arrive at Hall 0. On the left and right sides are the Panchen Lama Tower and the Ordination Platform Tower. Hall 0 has a cruciform floor plan, with five skylight-style hidden floors on its roof and five gilded bronze stupas, reflecting traditional Tibetan architectural forms.
