Located in Huang Ji Village, Fu Xing Street, Xingning City, it was built in 1644. The structure features three halls, eight wings, and four encircling dragon walls. In front of the hall lies a farmyard spanning approximately 3 mu, and beyond the yard is a large pond covering about 5.5 mu. The entire building complex occupies 54.5 mu, with a total of 285 rooms. On the right side of the house stands a “Scholar-Warrior Academy.”

Yong Si Hall is one of the larger encircling dragon houses in Meizhou. It enjoys convenient transportation. The pond in front sparkles under the sunlight, and beyond the pond flows a stream that runs parallel to the property with abundant water flow. Due to its early construction date, the architectural style is relatively simple.
