Jun Kang Wai: Located in Huangshi Village, Huangpi Town, Xingning City. Originally built during the Jiaqing reign of the Qing Dynasty. It faces southeast and is situated northwest, featuring a three-hall, two-wing, four-corner tower layout, with a front courtyard and pond. The complex covers an area of 2,090 square meters. The main building is 42.2 meters wide and 32.3 meters deep, covering a construction area of 1,363 square meters. It has one main gate and two side gates, with stone frames and wooden door panels. The main gate features two square stone pillars at the lion’s mouth, while the central hall is supported by four round stone-base wooden pillars holding beams and purlins, adorned with simple gilded relief patterns. The four corner towers feature flying eaves with deer horn motifs. There are entrance gates on both the left and right sides, and a 1.7-meter-high wall surrounds the pond outside. The outer walls are rammed earth, the inner walls have rammed earth foundations, and the structure is made of mud bricks, wood, and tiles, with a flush-gable roof. The founding ancestor of this residence migrated from Xunwu County, Jiangxi Province. The couplet on the main gate reads: “Noble scholars meet the era of Emperor Shun; peaceful happiness flourishes under the rule of Emperor Yao.”
