Xingning Jinshi Residence

The Xingning Jinshi Residence is a cultural heritage site protected by Xingning City.

The Jinshi Residence, located in Tangyi Village, Nipai Town, was first built in the 25th year of the Qianlong reign during the Qing Dynasty (1760) and took 50 years to complete over two generations. It is a three-hall, eight-wing, two-enclosure enclosed dragon house, plus an additional wing with six study rooms, covering a total area of nearly 22,000 square meters. The main structure is 150 meters wide and 108.9 meters deep, with a building footprint of 14,835 square meters. The entire residence has two floors, with 300 rooms on the ground floor. In 2009, it was listed as a key cultural heritage protection site of Xingning City.
