Changxingwei is a cultural heritage site protected by Xingning City.

Changxingwei (Hualuodun), located at Hualuodun in Dazhen Village, Ningxin Subdistrict, was first built in the eighth year of the Chongzhen era of the Ming Dynasty (1635). It is a three-hall, six-row, three-courtyard enclosed dragon house. The site covers an area of 15,300 square meters; the main building is 107.4 meters wide and 67.8 meters deep, occupying a constructed area of 6,533 square meters. In December 2009, it was listed as a key cultural heritage site under the protection of Xingning City. It is one of the “Top Ten Ancient Residences of Xingning.”

Dazhen Village: Dazhen Village in Xingning City, Meizhou, is situated to the northeast of Ningxin Subdistrict.
