Longtian Shiji in Pingli is a Meizhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Longtian Shiji in Pingli is located in Longtian Town, Xingning City, dating back to the Ming Dynasty, and is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

On March 24, 2017, the People's Government of Meizhou City designated Longtian Shiji in Pingli as part of the fifth batch of Meizhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Units.

Longtian Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Xingning City. In 1951, the Longtian District was established by splitting off from the Longshi District, and in 1958 it was changed to a commune. It reverted to a district in 1983 and became a town in 1989. Located in the central part of the city, it is 8 kilometers from downtown Xingning. The town covers an area of 37.9 square kilometers and has a population of 40,000. The Xingping Highway (Xingning–Pingyuan), Meilong Railway, and a branch line of the Xinghe Railway pass through the area. There are three major bridges over the Ning River section in Longtian. The town administers 15 management districts (villages), including Liangsan, Jinxing, Qutang, Pingeng, Longpan, Yuantang, Mingongqiao, Liantang, Wuyi, Biyuan, Yangziling, Gaobitou, Shuibi, Shipi, and Lixi, along with one neighborhood committee. … Detailed information about Longtian Town++
