Changzheng Luo House is a Meizhou Municipal Cultural Heritage Protection Unit.

Changzheng Luo House is located in Changzheng Village, Diaofang Town, Xingning City, Meizhou, dating back to the Qing Dynasty and classified as an ancient building.

On June 29, 2016, the Meizhou Municipal People's Government designated Changzheng Luo House as part of the fourth batch of Meizhou Municipal Cultural Heritage Protection Units.

Diaofang Town: Diaofang Town is situated in the southeastern part of Xingning City, approximately 7.5 kilometers from downtown Xingning. The Ning River runs through the central area of Diaofang, dividing the town into eastern and western sections. It borders Nipu to the east, Fuxing to the west, the towns of Zhuanshui and Daba in Wuhua County to the south, and Ningxin to the north. Covering a total area of 58.01 square kilometers, the town has 28,518 mu of cultivated land, including 17,487 mu of paddy and upland fields. The town center lies close to the Ning River, offering convenient distribution. In 2004, the total rural economic income of the town reached 300.58 million yuan, with an agricultural output value of 60.29 million yuan, fiscal budget revenue of 1.4629 million yuan, and an average annual per capita rural net income of 3,800 yuan...
