The Former Site of the First Representative Conference of the CPC Jiaoling County Committee is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiaoling County.

The Former Site of the First Representative Conference of the CPC Jiaoling County Committee is located in Jiankeng Village, Xinpu Town, Jiaoling County, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. In December 1927 (the 16th year of the Republic of China), the first representative conference of the CPC Jiaoling County Committee was held at the home of Lai Hanwen in Shanglaiwu, Jiankeng Village, Xinpu Town. More than 30 representatives attended the meeting, which elected a seven-member “CPC Jiaoling County Committee,” with Xu Chi serving as the Party Committee Secretary. The site was built in the late Qing Dynasty. It faces southeast and is situated to the northwest. The structure consists of wing rooms, a courtyard, and a main gate, arranged in a single-wing-room-and-courtyard layout. It has a total width of 8.30 meters, a depth of 19 meters, six rooms in total, covering a land area of 158 square meters and a building area of 94 square meters. The roof is hung with gray tiles, and the walls are made of rammed earth foundations with mud bricks. There are doors on the front, back, left, and right leading outside; the side rooms serve as open halls, and a small door in the back wall opens to the hillside behind the house—this hall was the actual site of the first representative conference of the CPC Jiaoling County Committee. This building carries the historical imprint of the revolutionary period and holds significant value for the study of Jiaoling County’s revolutionary history. In 2014, it was approved by the Jiaoling County People's Government as part of the sixth batch of county-level cultural relic protection units.
