Yanming Lake Tourist Resort is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Covering an area of over 10,000 mu, this resort has an estimated total investment of more than 200 million RMB. Its overall planning theme highlights green tourism and eco-healthcare, combining a lush ecological environment with the Taoist philosophy of "harmony among heaven, earth, and humanity." It is designed based on the concept of the four seasons—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—and includes the construction of four major functional scenic areas: “Chunhui Garden (Spring Radiance Garden),” “Xiaxiao Garden (Summer Dawn Garden),” “Qiushi Garden (Autumn Harvest Garden),” and “Dongrong Garden (Winter Harmony Garden).” Each scenic area is equipped with a series of vacation and entertainment facilities, making it one of the most comprehensive tourist resorts in Meizhou and even eastern Guangdong.

Currently, the resort has developed and constructed three scenic areas: Chunhui Garden, Xiaxiao Garden, and Qiushi Garden. The main tourism facilities established in these areas include hotels, mountain villas, tea art houses, grass skiing fields, swimming pools, children’s amusement parks, entertainment centers, Green Island Plaza, Purple Smoke Waterfall, Plum Pond, Yinhu Nunnery, tennis and badminton courts, billiard halls, horse carriage stations, dozens of pavilions and scenic spots, as well as supporting service facilities. Future plans also include the addition of horse racing fields, children’s playgrounds, forest parks, and hunting grounds.
