The former site of the headquarters of the 10th Regiment of the (Eastern Route) Guangdong Workers' and Peasants' Revolutionary Army is located in Meinan Town, Meixian District, Meizhou City. Dating back to the Republican era, it is classified as an important modern historical site and representative architecture.

On June 29, 2016, the Meizhou Municipal People’s Government announced the former site of the headquarters of the 10th Regiment of the (Eastern Route) Guangdong Workers' and Peasants' Revolutionary Army as part of the fourth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage sites in Meizhou.

Meinan Town: Located in the southern part of Meixian District, Meinan Town is 18 kilometers from Meizhou City. It was among the first group of revolutionary base areas designated by the State Council. Revolutionary veterans such as  -, Gu Dacun, Li Jianzhen, and Wang Wei once stationed here to carry out revolutionary work. The town covers an area of 145 square kilometers and includes 17 village committees and one neighborhood committee, with 3,124 farming households and a population of 14,817. The town government is headquartered in Xintang Market, which has a planned area of 4 square kilometers.
