Juhe Beach is located within Shiwuliancheng Township, Jungar Banner, facing the county seat of Togtoh County across the river. The southwestern part of Juhe Beach features vast, rolling deserts, dotted with the ruins of the ancient Shiwuliancheng City. Shiwuliancheng, as the name implies, consists of twelve interconnected cities. Originally established as Yulin City of Shengzhou during the Sui and Tang dynasties, it was built in the third year of the Kaihuang era (583 AD) under Emperor Wen of Sui, and is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The central part of Juhe Beach is covered with lush green grass and swaying reeds, interspersed with ponds teeming with Yellow River carp. With its rare wetland resources, beautiful waterside environment, and the famously delicious Yellow River carp, it is a paradise for vacation and leisure. The northeastern part of Juhe Beach is surrounded by the Yellow River embankment and dotted with modern, high-efficiency agricultural zones. The area boasts flat terrain, abundant water sources, and fertile soil, offering ideal conditions for agricultural development, and is known as the “Land of Fish and Rice” of Jungar Banner.
