This is a highly innovative bridge that can rotate via hydraulic rams at either end to allow smaller vessels to pass. When it lifts to let ships through, the bridge and its arched cables resemble a giant eyelid. Locals affectionately call it the "Blinking Eye Bridge," and it is also known as the "Winking Butterfly Wings" — both metaphors are very vivid. At night, the bridge continuously changes colors, with vibrant hues making it even more beautiful.
