The Yorkshire Dales is a highland area located in North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, and Cumbria in England, and it is also one of the 12 national parks in England and Wales. In 1954, an area of 1,770 square kilometres was designated as the Yorkshire Dales National Park, which is primarily situated in North Yorkshire. Over 20,000 residents live and work within the park, which also attracts more than eight million visitors each year.

The scenery of the Yorkshire Dales National Park is among the finest in the world. Dry stone walls wind through rugged upland pastures, heather-covered moors, ancient broadleaf woodlands, and secluded pastures form the park’s distinctive landscape.
