Gui Liu River

The name "Gui Liu" comes from Mongolian, meaning "mountain apricot." It is part of the Nenjiang River system and a tributary of the Tao'er River. The river originates from Bogda Mountain at the western foot of the Greater Khingan Mountains. It has a total length of 218 kilometers and a drainage area of 9,706 square kilometers. It flows into the Tao'er River within Ulanhot City in the Xing'an League, with an average annual flow rate of 13 cubic meters per second. Aquatic resources include otters, carp, and others. Major tributaries include the Wulan River.
