The Xing'an Mongolian Yurt Tourist Village is located in Charsen Town, Horqin Right Front Banner, Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia, about 40 kilometers from Ulanhot City, covering a total area of ten square kilometers. It is a tourist village integrating summer retreat, vacation, and travel, featuring Mongolian ethnic characteristics. The area boasts unique natural scenery. Every year, thousands of tourists come here for sightseeing. It also serves as a window to learn about the politics, economy, and culture of Xing'an League.

The tourist village specially offers entertainment activities with Mongolian ethnic flair, such as horse riding, archery, hunting, fishing, and boating. Visitors here can not only enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Horqin Grassland but also taste Mongolian milk tea, hada silver bowl wine, mounting wine, and dismounting wine. They can also appreciate beautiful songs and dances with distinct Mongolian ethnic features. Xing'an League is located in the middle section of the Greater Khingan Mountains and the heart of the Horqin Grassland, featuring a temperate continental monsoon climate. The area has distinct seasons, concurrent rainfall and heat, with an average annual temperature of only 4–6°C. The best time to visit is in the summer.

Charsen Town: Charsen Town is located in the northwest of Ulanhot City, covering a total area of 835 square kilometers. The terrain is mainly composed of low hills and mountains. The Tao'er River flows from north to south through the town. The annual precipitation is 400 millimeters, the average temperature is 3.9 degrees Celsius, and the frost-free period is 110–120 days. The town administers 15 gachas (administrative villages), with a population of 21,000, of which 90% are Mongolian. Charsen Town is 33 kilometers from Ulanhot City and has two cement main streets running east-west and north-south. It has a market covering an area of 60,000 square meters.
