- Bay Scenery is located in Xinghua Village, Nuwenmuren Township, in the southeastern part of Zhaqi. It lies at the border between eastern Inner Mongolia and Heilongjiang Province, on the banks of the Nenjiang River. It is close to major medium-sized cities such as Qiqihar, Daqing, and Harbin. Covering an area of approximately 31 square kilometers, with a length of 10 kilometers and a width of over 3 kilometers, it is surrounded by water on all sides, encircled by the Nenjiang River. The area boasts naturally superior conditions for tourism development, with blue skies, white clouds, flocks of birds, lush water plants, and vibrant life. It is abundant in aquatic products such as carp, catfish, and grass carp. From May to September each year, fishing boats dot the river surface, seagulls play in the sky, and herds of cattle and sheep graze on the grasslands, creating a delightful and refreshing atmosphere.
