The Zhuo'er River Farming Museum serves as a patriotic education base.

The Zhuo'er River Farming Museum was initiated in Yongxing Village, Haolibao Town in 2012 and was completed and opened to the public in August of the same year. Managed under the Culture and Sports Bureau of Jalaid Banner, the museum was officially registered in December 2012. It covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with a building area of 840 square meters. Its architectural structure is modeled after antique buildings predating the 1950s, with a span of 12 meters and a main body height of 4 meters. The museum houses a collection of over 1,000 items, including production tools, household utensils, and folk cultural artifacts from local farmers prior to the late 1970s. It combines real objects, clay sculptures, and pictorial displays, and is equipped with comprehensive audio, light, and electric exhibition facilities, enhancing both the visual appeal and interactivity of the exhibits. In addition, a series of books on farming culture has been compiled by museum staff, collectively reflecting the development of farming culture along the Zhuo'er River basin.

Since its establishment, the museum has received approximately 20,000 visitors annually, with tourists coming from across the region as well as the three northeastern provinces. In October 2013, it was rated as a National AA-level Tourist Attraction. It also serves as a league-level patriotic education base for youths and a clean governance education base for Party members and cadres in Haolibao Township.

Moving forward, the Zhuo'er River Farming Museum plans to further expand its collection, continuously enriching its exhibits, striving to become a true educational base that records history and preserves civilization. It aims to reflect on the past to guide the present and educate people through history. The museum seeks to preserve the farming civilization that reflects the production and living characteristics of residents along the Zhuo'er River, showcasing the evolution of production, changes in lifestyle, and traditional customs. At the same time, using the museum as a platform, it will develop agricultural tourism experiences such as "farm stays," upgrade the tourism industry chain, and achieve an organic integration of economic, cultural, and ecological benefits.
