Kröller-Müller Museum

The Kröller-Müller Museum is an art museum situated within the Hoge Veluwe National Park in Otterlo, Gelderland, the Netherlands. It is named after Helene Kröller-Müller, an avid art collector and one of the first to recognize Van Gogh's talent and acquire his works. In 1935, she donated her entire collection to the Dutch state.

Opened to the public in 1938, the museum houses an impressive collection of Van Gogh paintings, including masterpieces such as The Café Terrace at Night and The Potato Eaters. This makes it the second-largest collection of Van Gogh paintings in the world, after the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. In addition to Van Gogh’s works, the museum also features notable pieces by Pablo Picasso, Piet Mondrian, Georges Seurat, Georges Braque, and Paul Gauguin. The museum has a small souvenir shop and a cozy café where visitors can enjoy coffee while taking in the view of the surrounding sculpture park.
