International Friendship Exhibition Hall

Attraction Introduction The International Friendship Exhibition Hall opened on August 28, Juche 67 (1978), and is built in the Korean style. The exhibition hall is a six-story building, standing 43.3 meters tall with a total floor area of over 28,000 square meters. Although the building is made without wood or windows, its exterior closely resembles that of a wooden structure with windows, and it features automatic control of indoor lighting and temperature. The exhibition hall consists of the Main Hall and the Annex Hall. The Main Hall displays over 100,000 precious gifts presented to the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung by political parties, heads of state, and figures from various social and political sectors across the five continents, arranged by continent and country. The Annex Hall houses gifts presented to the Great Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il.
