Miyama City

Miyama City is a city located in southern Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. It was formed on January 29, 2007, through the merger of the former towns of Setaka and Yamakawa from Yamaguni District, and Takada from Mii District. It is home to the Health and Medical Management University.

Miyama City features many scenic and historical sites, including Kiyomizu Temple, Onnayama Historical Forest Park, Mikuriyama, Takada Nong Suiyama Park, Shinfunakoya Hot Springs, Tajiri Castle Ruins, and Ebira Fishing Port.
